Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
